Happy Place

No beach for us this summer with the arrival of Parker J.  A decent trade off though.  So, by October I was practically crawling my way toward the water.  There is something about staring into the ocean -- especially the crystal clear waters of the Gulf -- that washes away all the weariness and stress of the everyday.  I think I breathe a little easier near water.

Not to mention Seaside gets my vote for happiest. little. place. on. the. planet.

I want to go back.

(These are all out of order but I'm too tired to fix... Yawn...)

This kid.  Right???

He looks like E.T. here.  Not his best look.

These two played some serious card games.

She's a magician.  I was stumped by an ultra-cheap hello kitty magic trick.  Truly.

I love her. A lot lot lot lot lot.

Not sure what this was about.

Loved spending time with my brother.  Really did.

This one makes my heart crazy happy.

This moment.  Totally impromptu.  Out walking on the beach at sunset.  Capturing a true moment of bliss.

Parker - Three Months

Some three month pics that I did in a super hurry on the day before we left for the beach.

Neither of us was really into it and it felt more like a chore.

I won't say much except to say this is the best kid ever.  Hallelujah.  He is the good one.  I'm trying not to say it too much around E and C, but I just can't help myself.

More Batman

More batman pictures.

I just couldn't resist.  Brian left for one week for a work trip.  Before he left, no mention of Batman.  By the time he returned, C was obsessed.

100% rascal.  And looking 100% like my brother.  I nearly had a heart attack when I saw this picture.
