Bye Bye Kindergarten

 And that's a wrap.

Kindergarten is all done.  I can't believe it.  Nor can I believe how smart, funny, kind, and brave this little (big) girl is.  What a fabulous year for her.  And getting an award for "Respectful Bobcat" -- i.e., good citizenship award.  So proud of her.  So honored to be her mother.

Could only read a few words when she started Kindergarten.  Now I can't get her to put the book down.

Well Hello There...

Well, hello there blog.  Long time, no see.

Parker, I don't even know what to say.  The documentation of your first year has been severely neglected, I know.  I will buy you a sports car or something when you are 16.  Something that you get that your brother and sister do not.  I will say that you may be quite possibly the nicest, easiest baby on the planet.  As a friend of mine told me, if you are going to undertake raising three humans, a baby like Parker is your reward for the effort.

Amen.

We're at the White House!

I have wanted to go to the White House Easter Egg roll for years!  Well, this year, we finally got to go!  I loved it - such an experience!

So, I will never forget this moment as long as I live.  Cooper, without asking or invitation, waltzed right up and started doing yoga with this group.  Totally serious.  Straight face.  As if it was his calling.
