Ella's Turn!

After seeing our vacation pictures, Ella wanted a chance to show off hers! She had an amazing vacation of her own with Mimi and Poppa! And what a vacation it was! Dinner party, animal park, the zoo, lots of fun new toys, and fun times hanging out with Mimi and Poppa!

Yum...

Hanging out in Mimi's bedroom with duckie, big duck, and baby.

At the zoo!

Any resemblance?

Feeding baby goats at the Animal Park.

Cheese!

Hmmm...which animal should I feed...

This one!

Riding another pony! Wow!

Such a lucky girl.

Then on Sunday Mimi and Ella went to hang out with Baba and Nana to feed the ducks!

Babymoon II

To celebrate Baby Cooper, we took a trip to Turks & Caicos. This was the first trip for Mom and Dad away from Ella. It was a little tough for Mom - but so fun and so relaxing! Ella stayed with Mimi and Poppa and had the time of her life. Pictures of Ella's vacation will be up next!

Beautiful, beautiful beaches.

Yes Brian, you are very strong.

Dinner...

A "mocktail" for Mom

Hotel pool...

View from the room... Not too shabby!

Breakfast.

Off to the beach.

Lunch at "Da Conch Shack"

Nice beachfront seating...

We went out on a snorkling trip -- and everyone got to search for conch. Look what Brian found!

Look what Erin is pretending that she found...

Crazy abandoned ship out at sea...

Docking on a private beach where the crew opens up the conch to make fresh conch salad. Surprisingly tasty (although not exactly on the pregnancy diet...)

The conchs - straight from the ocean, waiting to be cleaned.

Erin is determined to get this little guy.

Hello little (big) lizard...

Beached whale.

A Mama and Ella Weekend!

Well, Dada is still in China, so we had a Mama and Ella weekend! We went to storytime, ran errands, went to brunch with Auntie Nina, Stephanie and Baby Charlie, made pumpkin squares, and got to be total goofballs all weekend! Fun!

It's getting cold outside. I'm sporting my warm weather gear.

Helping make the pumpkin squares.

Yum! While it may not be healthy...the most memorable part of baking is eating the batter, right?

Am I allowed to do this mama?

Look what I made with Nana! One is for mama and one is a welcome home present for Dada!
Dada and Mama are headed off soon for their first mini-vaca sans Ella... Mama is a little scared, but excited too! Thank you so much Mimi and Papa for watching Ella B!

Halloween...

Halloween...

Before...

...and After...

Trick or Treat!

I didn't used to be a big fan of Halloween, but boy does having kids change that!! What a fun holiday now! Ella loved it. It was so fun to see her really "get" Halloween this year. She was great at saying "trick or treat" -- at least until we actually got to the houses, and then she was a little shy. And, for the second year in a row, I got her in a panda costume! She was going to be a duck in the costume her Mimi got her, but when we asked her if she wanted to be a duck or a panda, she said - "panda!" Luckily, we had a panda costume that we bought last year that was too big. And, she got to wear the duck costume to her My Gym party on Friday!

Think I can still get her in a panda costume when she is 16?

Ready to go!

Trick or Treat!

They close down Lee Street in Old Town for Halloween. So fun, and tons and tons of families all dressed up! And amazing Halloween decorations! Maybe when you buy a house on this street you sign a contract agreeing to partake in the festivities...

A view of the street.

Talking with the wildlife.

Waiting for her turn.

Trick or treat!

But the night wasn't over yet! Zoe (aka, Dorothy) came to visit when we got home!
